As the labour market becomes more specialized and economies demand higher levels of skill, governments and businesses are increasingly investing in the future of vocational education through collaboration of colleges, for imparting theoretical knowledge and traineeship from industry to enhance the practical skills of the students. D.Voc courses are job-oriented programs with a focus on imparting hand-on skills with a view to making students employable in the corresponding sectors. After pursuing D.Voc at SKF, students shall also be equipped to start their own venture. The Diploma in Vocational Engineering (D.Voc) programme of SKF is a 3 year (full time) course and it is recognized by the Ministry of Education (MoE), Government of India, All India Council for Technical Education (AICTE) and the West Bengal State Council for Technical and Vocational Education & Skill Development (WBCT&VE&SD).

In these courses, students will perform on job training at reputed industries who have partnered with us in this endeavour. This is a three years course and on completion of 1st year and 2nd year, students will be awarded Level 3 and Level 4 Certificate corresponding to National Skills Qualifications Framework (NSQF) Level 3 and 4. On completion of 3rd year, they will be awarded Diploma in Vocation (D.Voc.). All the Certificate and Diploma will be awarded by West Bengal State Council of Technical and Vocational Education and Skill Development (WBST&VE&SD), Govt. of West Bengal.

Vocational courses in Automobile Servicing is the study of vehicle servicing such as vehicle maintenance, changing of oil, fuel and air filter replacement and many other things that help to maintain the vehicle. With the help of this course, the candidates will get the knowledge about the Automobile servicing all the parts of vehicles, as well as a vehicle that has to be prepared and studied to make changes.
